How to Care for Your Pet When You’re Away
When you go on vacation, it can be hard to leave your furry friend behind. But dont worry there are plenty of ways to care for your dog while youre away. Here are some tips:
1. Crate or Kennel Your Dog: If you crate or kennel your dog when you go on vacation, they wont get into any trouble and will stay safe. Just make sure the crate is big enough for them to stand up, sit down, and turn around in. Plus, give them a blanket and some toys so they have something to do while youre away.
2. Leave Them Some Food and Water: Make sure you leave enough food and water for your pet while youre gone; they may not get a chance to eat or drink while youre away. Also, give them a dish if they want to drink from the sink or toilet this way they wont track dirt all over the house when you come home!
3. Make Sure They Have Their Shots: Make sure your pet has their shots before leaving even if they dont normally need them during the summertime just in case something happens while youre gone. And lastly, bring along their vaccination certificate so that the vet knows where your dog is at all times!
