Feed them three times a day, and give them fresh water every day. If their food or water dish is dirty, clean it immediately.
Kittens need plenty of fluids because they have been drinking milk all along their gestation period and until they wean off the milk at around six weeks old. You can try giving them Pedialyte as well if their diet isnt providing enough hydration. Make sure their food and water dishes are kept clean so that the kittens can always eat and drink without getting sick from bacteria or parasites.

Make sure your kitten gets enough exercise by playing with her regularly she will love it! A full belly equals a happy kitty! -Give her toys to play with; stuffed animals, balls, cardboard boxesanything that makes noise and keeps her entertained for awhile will do the trick! -Never leave your kitten unsupervised when you go outside; cats are experts at climbing trees (and other things) so always keep an eye on her while outdoors.
Kittens also require regular nail trimming; this should be done once a week using clippers that have rounded edges so as not to hurt the babys delicate skin. Additionally, kittens get ingrown nails during growth spurts so be prepared to treat any nicks immediately with an over-the-counter painkiller like Triadimefon (or similar).
